莱文森精神病态自评量表的因子结构及心理测量学特性分析

摘要：

目的：考察莱文森精神病态自评量表（Levenson Self-Report Psychopathic Scale；LSRP）在我国社区成人男性样本中的因子结构和心理测量学特性。方法：采用LSRP、基本共情量表、被动-主动攻击问卷对950名成年男性进行问卷测查。结果：①验证性因素分析支持LSRP三因子双因素模型。②LSRP总分及因子分具有良好的内部一致性（α=0.73-0.82）。③LSRP总分和因子分与攻击性得分呈显著正相关，与共情得分呈显著负相关。结论：LSRP量表三因子双因素模型适合于我国社区成年男性，同时具有较好的心理测量学特性。

Objective: To test the factor structure and psychometric properties of the Levenson Self-Report Psychopathic scale(LSRP) in Chinese community males. Methods: A total of 950 community males were tested with the LSRP, Basic Empathy Scale, and Reactive-Proactive Aggression Questionnaire. Results: ①Confirmatory factor analysis supported a three-factor Bifactor model of the LSRP. ②Internal consistencies of LSRP total score, Egocentricity, Callousness and Antisocial factor were good, of which alpha coefficients were 0.82, 0.75, 0.73 and 0.73, respectively. ③LSRP total and factor scores were positively correlated with aggression, and negatively related to empathy. Conclusion: The three-factor Bifactor model of the LSRP is supported in Chinese community males with good psychometric properties.
