老年夫妻沟通的特点及其与婚姻满意度的关系

摘要：

目的：探索中国文化背景下老年夫妻沟通的特点及其与婚姻满意度的关系。方法：对50对老年夫妻进行观察研究，并采用自编的老年夫妻沟通编码表对其行为进行编码。结果：①自编的老年夫妻沟通编码系统包含敌意、控制、回避、否认、反问、抱怨、表达、协商、幽默、迎合、关注和顺从行为，可以划分为“消极敌对”、“积极建设”与“回避冲突”三个维度。②总体上，老年人在“积极建设”与“回避冲突”上的得分显著高于“消极敌对”。③丈夫的积极建设沟通与妻子的消极敌对沟通对自身婚姻满意度影响显著，妻子回避冲突沟通对自身满意度的影响边缘显著。妻子的积极建设沟通与回避冲突沟通对丈夫的满意度影响作用显著。结论：中国文化背景下的老年夫妻沟通与满意度的交互影响存在性别差异。

Objective:To explore the features of communication and its relationships with marital satisfaction in elderly couples. Methods:50 elderly couples have been videoed. Self-designed communication Rating Scale of elderly couples was used to code their behavior. Results:①The Self-designed communication Rating Scale of elderly couples included hostility, control, avoidance, denial, rhetorical question, complaint, expression, consultation, humor, approval, attention and compliance. And these behaviors could be divided into three factors:passive hostility, active construction and approachavoidance. ②As a whole, old adults scored higher on active construction and approach-avoidance than passive hostility. ③ The was affected by both husband and wife active construction and wife approach-avoidance. The martial satisfaction of wife was affected by wife passive hostility and approach-avoidance. Conclusion:The influence of communication on mari-tal satisfaction has gender difference.
