摘要：

简易应对方式量表信度和效度的初步研究解亚宁第一军医大学Jof等人认为,应对是个体对现实环境变化有意识、有目的和灵活的调节行为[1].Martin指出,应对的主要功能是调节应激事件的作用,包括改变对应激事件的评估,调节与事件有关的躯体或情感反应[2]。
