中学生自我概念与心理健康的关系研究

摘要:

自我概念(又称为自我知觉、自我结构、自我图式)是指一个人关于自己的观点和看法。当个体把自己当成认识对象时,就会对自己的外表、能力、特长和社会接受性等产生知觉并形成关于自己的一般概念。

Objective:To explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health. Methods:398 middle school students were tested by SCL-90 and Song-Hattie Self-concept Scale. Results:The correlation coefficients between the total score of SCL-90 and academic self-concept, non-academic self concept and total self concept were-0.22,-0.21 and-0.23 respectively. Conclusion:Self concept was significantly correlated with mental health in middle school students.
