大学生职业决策困难问卷的初步研究

摘要：

目的：对Gati，Krausz和Osipow编制的“职业决策困难问卷”项目与结构进行修改。方法：抽取武汉4所大学近10个专业的330名本科毕业生为研究样本，进行正式施测。结果：①问卷具有良好的项目特征；②各分量表及总量表的α系数在0.68到0.84；③对职业选择有、无把握群体的测验分数存在显著差异。结论：该问卷的测量指标符合心理测量学要求，但是还需要结合我国的实际进行修订。

Objective: To develop a cross-culture revision of career decision-making difficulties questionnaire(CDDQ) for undergraduate students. Methods: A total of 330 college students were tested with CDDQ. Results: ①Cronbach α coefficients ranged from 0.68 to 0.84;②There were significant differences among different students. Conclusion: The psychometric properties of the inventory developed in this study are acceptable. It can be used as the instrument for measurement of undergraduates' career desicion making difficulties, However, revision should be made in accordance with the condition of China.
