情绪智力、工作倦怠和工作满意度的关系

摘要：

目的：探讨情绪智力与职业倦怠及工作满意度的关系。方法：采用情绪智力问卷、工作倦怠问卷和工作满意度问卷，对424为被试进行调查。结果: 情绪智力、工作倦怠和工作满意度之间显著相关；情绪智力部分通过工作倦怠进而影响工作满意度。结论：工作倦怠在情绪智力与工作满意度之间具有部分中介作用。

Objective:explore the relationship between emotional intelligence,job burnout and job satisfaction.Methods:424 participants finished Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire,MBI-GS(Maslach Burnout Inventory - GeneralSurvey) and Emotional Intelligence Scale.Results:Both emotional intelligence and job satisfaction is negtively related tojob burnout,emotional intelligence affected job satisfaction indirectly by job burnout.Conclusion:Job burnout partiallymediated the relationship of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction.
