证券从业人员工作要求、工作资源与工作投入的关系

摘要:

目的:探讨工作要求、工作资源与工作投入之间的关系。方法:采用中文版Utrecht工作投入量表和工作内容量表对424名证券从业人员进行了问卷调查。结果:证券从业人员工作投入水平正常,男性在工作投入总分以及奉献和专注分量表上的得分显著高于女性。在控制性别影响的情况下,工作自主度和社会支持显著地正向预测工作投入的三个维度,但工作要求与工作投入无关。结论:工作资源能在一定程度上预测工作投入。

Objective:Explore the relationship among job demands, job resources and work engagement. Methods:The Chinese version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and the Chinese version of the Job Content Questionnaire were used to survey 424 employees in the Securities Industry. Results:The employees’ work engagement was at the normal level. The males’ scores on work engagement were significantly higher than females’ total score and the scores on the subscales of dedication and absorption. When gender effect was controlled, job decision and social support could positively predict three dimensions of work engagement significantly, whereas job demands didn’ t show any relation with work engagement. Conclusion:To some extent, job resources can predict work engagement.
