制造企业生产线员工工作倦怠、社会支持与离职意向的关系

摘要:

目的:探讨制造企业生产线员工工作倦怠、社会支持与离职意向的关系。方法:采用工作倦怠、社会支持和离职意向三个量表对1354名制造企业生产线员工进行调查。结果:离职意向与情绪衰竭、玩世不恭呈显著正相关,与社会支持呈显著负相关;社会支持与工作倦怠因子间呈显著负相关;工作倦怠在社会支持与离职意向间起着完全中介作用。结论:减轻生产线员工的工作倦怠、完善社会支持系统,有助于减轻这一群体的离职意向。

Objective: To explore the relationship between job burnout, social support and turnover intention of workers in manufacturing factories. Methods: 1354 participants were recruited to complete the MBI-GS(Maslach Burnout InventoryGeneral Survey), social support scale and turnover intention scale. Results: Turnover intention was positively related to emotional exhaustion and cynicism, but negatively related to social support factors; Social support factors were negatively related to job burnout factors; Job burnout fully mediated the relationship between social support and turnover intention.Conclusion: Government's relevant departments and enterprises should take measures to relieve the worker's burnout level and to improve the social support system, so as to relieve their turnover intention.
