亚隆模式团体中“替罪羊”现象解析

摘要：

近几年亚隆模式团体在大学生心理成长,企事业员工幸福感提升以及咨询师培训中应用日益增多,"替罪羊"现象是这种团体中很重要的一个现象,是理解团体动力,实现团体目标的很重要的凭借,本文对这种现象进行了研究,从概念,产生机制,在团体中的作用以及领导者干预等几个方面阐述了"替罪羊"现象。

Yalom-style-group got more and more attention in the area of university students' mental health education, well-being improvement for the employees, as well as training for therapists. The phenomena of scapegoat is very important in such a group, which can help therapist investigate the group dynamic, then achieve the goal of the group. We summarized the related articles to explain the concept, mechanism, function and intervention to describe this phenomena.
