Objective: To research the relationship of career maturity(CM), achievement motivation and career decisionmaking selfefficacy.Methods: A total of 336 college students completed Achievement Motivation Questionnaires, Career Decisionmaking Selfefficacy Scales and Career Maturity Inventory.Results: Achievement motivation and career decisionmaking selfefficacy were associated with career maturity.Stepwise regression analysis showed that career decisionmaking selfefficacy mediated the relationship between achievement motivation and career maturity, but achievement motivation also made direct contribution to career maturity.Conclusion: Career decisionmaking selfefficacy has partial mediating effects between achievement motivation and career maturity.
