悦纳进取的理论构建及量表编制

摘要：

目的:探索适合中国文化背景的心理接纳概念,编制悦纳进取量表。方法:运用文献法和焦点组访谈法确定中国文化背景下的心理接纳概念并进行理论建构,命名为"悦纳进取",以此为基础编制悦纳进取量表。通过开放式问卷设计原始量表,采用相关分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表的信、效度进行检验。结果:悦纳进取量表由25道题目组成,包括悦纳和进取两个维度。悦纳维度由自我接纳、社会接纳和挫折接纳因子组成,进取维度由主动规划、注重过程和行动活力因子组成。问卷的信度和效度均符合心理测量学的要求。结论:悦纳进取量表可作为心理健康评估和进一步研究的工具。

This study proposed the concept of psychological acceptance based on Chinese cultural background and named it “Positive acceptance and striving”.The study developed a 25item scale was composed of 2 dimensionalities and 6 factors.Acceptance dimension included selfacceptance, societyacceptance and failureacceptance factors; Striving dimension included planning, involvement and action factors.The scale had been found reliable and valid.
