人在丧失控制感后会如何？——来自补偿性控制理论的揭示

摘要：

自1975年Seligman开展了经典的习得性无助实验以来，个体丧失控制感的心理与行为后果已成为控制感领域重要的研究议题。相比于传统研究视角更多关注丧失控制感对身心健康的影响，新兴的补偿性控制理论则提出个体在丧失控制感后会产生特殊的补偿途径，即泛化结构确认。建立在这一理论之上，大量研究发现泛化结构确认倾向会进一步使个体产生模式识别、信奉阴谋论、推崇精英主义等知觉、信念、行为的变化。未来研究者应逐步实现补偿性控制理论的深化；且应在中国文化背景下开展研究，以探讨中国人特有的泛化结构确认倾向。

Since Seligman carried out classic learned helplessness in 1975, it has been an important research issue that how people will respond to loss of perceived control. Compared to traditional perspective which more emphasize the effects of reduced control on physical and mental health, the emerging compensatory control theory proposes that people will deal reduced control with a special strategy, nonspecific structure affirmation. On the basis of this claim, numerous studies re-veal that nonspecific structure affirmation will further cause perceptional, ideological and behavioral changes, including per-ceiving more illusory patterns, believing conspiracy theories, supporting meritocracy and so on. Future researcher should gradually devote to deepening theory standpoints. More studies should be taken under the Chinese culture background so as to explore of Chinese people's unique nonspecific structure affirmation tendencies.
