大学生手机依赖与认知失败的关系:负性情绪的中介作用

摘要:

目的:探讨大学生手机依赖、负性情绪与认知失败之间的关系。方法:采用手机依赖指数量表、认知失败问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对湖北省武汉市某高校的1950名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①与手机依赖低分组的大学生相比,手机依赖高分组的认知失败总分及各维度分、焦虑和抑郁得分显著更高(P<0.001);②大学生手机依赖与认知失败总分及各维度分、焦虑和抑郁得分均呈显著正相关(r=0.396~0.540,P<0.01);③负性情绪在大学生手机依赖与认知失败之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的30.58%。结论:负性情绪在大学生手机依赖与认知失败之间起部分中介作用。

Objective:To explore the relationship among mobile phone dependence, negative emotions and cognitive failure in college students. Methods:1950 college students completed the Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI), Cogni-tive Failures Questionnaire(CFQ) and SCL-90. Results:①The students addicted to mobile phone showed higher scores on cognitive failure, anxiety and depression(P<0.001), compared to other students without addiction to mobile phone; ②The mobile phone dependence was positively correlated with cognitive failure, anxiety and depression(r=0.396~0.540, P<0.01); ③Negative emotions mediated the relationship between mobile phone dependence and cognitive failure partially, and the mediating effect accounted for 30.58% of the total variance. Conclusion:Negative emotions mediates the effect of mobile phone dependence on cognitive failure partially.
