留守儿童情绪智力对幸福感的影响:情绪体验及心理健康的中介作用

摘要:

目的:探讨情绪体验、心理健康在留守儿童情绪智力与幸福感之间的中介作用。方法:采用情绪智力量表、总体幸福感量表、正负情绪核检表和心理健康诊断测验,对山西省某贫困县的1155名留守儿童进行调查。结果:①留守儿童的情绪智力、情绪体验、心理健康、幸福感呈显著相关;②情绪体验和心理健康在情绪智力与幸福感间起链式中介作用,一方面,情绪智力可以通过改变情绪体验提升幸福感,另一方面,存在“情绪智力→情绪体验→心理健康→幸福感”的路径。结论:情绪智力可直接预测留守儿童的幸福感,也可分别通过情绪体验的中介作用,以及情绪体验→心理健康的链式中介作用间接预测幸福感。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of mental health and emotional experience on the relationship be-tween emotional intelligence and well-being. Methods:With Emotional Intelligence Scale, Index of Well-being, The Posi-tive and Negative Affect Scale and Mental Health Test, 1155 left behind children in a poor county in Shanxi province were investigated. Results:①Emotional intelligence, emotional experience, mental health and well-being were significantly cor-related with each other; ②Emotional experience and mental health played a chain multiple mediating effect on the relation-ship between emotional intelligence and well-being. On one hand, emotional intelligence positively predicted the well-be-ing through the mediating effect of the emotional experience; on the other hand, emotional intelligence can not directly through the improvement in mental health status to enhance the well-being,"emotional intelligence, emotional experience, mental health, well-being"paths exist. Conclusion:Emotional intelligence can directly predict the well-being of left be-hind children, and also indirectly predict happiness through emotional experience, and the chain mediating path between emotional experience and mental health.
