辩证行为疗法在罪犯矫正领域的应用

摘要：

辩证行为疗法是以辩证法哲学为指导，融合了行为科学和禅宗实践的综合性心理治疗方法。该疗法最初用于治疗边缘型人格障碍女性的自我伤害和自杀行为，经过几十年的发展已应用于罪犯矫正领域，对符合边缘型人格障碍诊断的罪犯、有自杀意图或自杀行为的罪犯以及缺乏冲动控制和情绪调节能力的暴力型罪犯，具有显著的矫正效果。辩证行为疗法在罪犯矫正领域的应用要遵守循证矫正的风险-需求-反应性原则和发展该疗法的指导原则。现有研究仍存在不足之处，未来研究应对辩证行为疗法的矫正项目进行标准化，采用随机对照组实验，并亟需建立针对矫正干警的督导体系。

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a integrative psychotherapy approach which combines the behavior therapy and Zen practices on the basis of philosophy of dialectics. DBT was originally employed to address the self-harm and suicidal behaviors in females diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Over the past decades, DBT has been developed and applied in offender correction. DBT has been found to be significantly effective for offenders diagnosed with BPD, history of suicidal attempts/behaviors, and deficiency in impulsivity control and emotional regulation. The application of DBT should adhere to the risk-need-responsivity principles of evidence-based corrections and the modification/adaptation guidelines. However, there are still limitations in studies of DBT. In the future, DBT correctional treatment should be standardized and conducted as randomized controlled trial and a supervised consultation system needs to be established for correction officers.
