汉语阅读障碍儿童注意转换的空间缺损特点

摘要:

目的:研究汉语阅读障碍儿童的空间注意转换特征。方法:从小学三、四、五年级共446名学生中筛选出阅读障碍组29名,同时匹配年龄、智力水平、阅读水平相对的对照组儿童29名。采用经典的注意转换任务,比较两组儿童在不同线索和视野组合下的反应时差异。结果:在有效线索条件和无效线索条件下,汉语阅读障碍儿童左视野的反应时均显著长于右视野的反应时;而在无线索条件下,汉语阅读障碍儿童左右视野的反应时不存在显著差异。结论:汉语阅读障碍儿童空间注意转换存在左右视野不对称的特点。

Objective: To explore the characteristics of spatial attentional shifting in Chinese dyslexia children. Methods: From 446 children at a primary school, 29 children were diagnosed as developmental dyslexia, and recruited in the experiment, along with 29 age-, intelligence level-, and reading level-matched normal controls. A attentional shifting task was applied to compare the differences between the two groups of children during the reaction of different combinations of clues and vision. Results: When under effective cues conditions and invalid cue conditions, the reaction time in the left visual field was significantly longer than that in the right visual field in the dyslexia children. Conclusion: Chinese dyslexic children exhibits spatial attentional shifting deficits.
