大学生完美主义与尴尬的关系:自尊的中介作用

摘要：

目的：考察自尊在大学生完美主义预测尴尬间的中介效应。方法：通过问卷调查了562名大学生，使用的测量工具为中文Frost多维完美主义量表、二维自尊量表和尴尬易感性量表中文版。结果：①大学生的尴尬情绪存在年级差异，但不存在性别差异，大一学生的尴尬总分显著高于大三、大四学生，大二学生得分显著高于大四学生。②适应性完美主义与自尊存在正相关，与尴尬呈显著负相关；非适应性完美主义与自尊存在负相关，与尴尬呈显著正相关；自尊与尴尬呈负向关系。③自尊在非适应性完美主义预测尴尬间起到部分中介作用。结论：通过提升个体的自尊水平，能够降低非适应性完美主义带来的尴尬体验。

Objective: To explore the relationship berween perfectionism,self-esteem,and embarrassment.Methods: The Chinese Frost multidimensional perfectionism scale,Self-liking/self-competence scale revised,the Chinese version of the susceptibility to embarrassment scale were administered to Chinese regraduate students.Results: ① Adaptive perfectionism was positively correlated with self-esteem,and negatively correlated with embarassment.Maladaptive perfectionism was negatively correlated with sel-esteem,and positively correlated with embarrassment.Self-esteem was negatively correlated with embarrassment.② Self-esteem partially mediated the association between maladaptive perfectionism and embarrassment.Conclusion: Self-esteem may buffer the negative effects of maladaptive perfectionism on embarrassment.
