大学生自立人格与职业决策困难的关系:状态-特质焦虑的中介作用

摘要：

目的：考察大学生自立人格、状态-特质焦虑与职业决策困难的关系。方法：采用自立人格问卷、状态-特质焦虑问卷和大学生职业决策困难问卷对1040名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果：①自立人格与职业决策困难呈显著负相关；②结构方程模型纳入状态-特质焦虑后，自立人格对职业决策困难的回归系数减小但仍然达到显著性水平。③自立人格通过状态-特质焦虑对职业决策困难的预测，在统计意义上女生组显著，男生组边缘显著。结论：状态-特质焦虑在自立人格与职业决策困难的关系中起部分中介作用。状态特质焦虑的间接效应存在性别差异。

Objective: To explore the association of career decision-making difficulties with self-supporting personality and state-trait anxiety in college students.Methods: By using measurement survey method,investigation was conducted among 1040 college students.They were assessed with the Self-supporting Personality Scale-Adolescent Students (SPSSAS),the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI),and the Career Decision-making Difficulties questionnaire (CDDQ).Results: ① Self-supporting personality was negatively associated with career decision-making difficulties;② The regression coefficient between self-supporting personality and career decision-making difficulties decreased after introducing state-trait anxiety into the structure equation,but it remained statistically significant.③ The regression coefficient of self-supporting personality related to career decision-making difficulties via state-and trait anxiety was significant in female college students,and marginal significant in male.Conclusion: State-trait anxiety plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-supporting personality and career decision-making difficulties.The indirect effect of self-supporting personality on career decision-making difficulties has gender differences.
