冷酷无情特质问卷在学龄前儿童中的信效度

摘要:

目的:检验冷酷无情特质问卷(Inventory of Callous-Unemotional,ICU)在我国学龄前儿童群体中的因子结构和心理测量学特性。方法:以ICU、长处与困难问卷、社会胜任量表为研究工具,采用父母报告的形式,对514名学龄前儿童进行测查。结果:①项目分析时剔除了4个题总相关不显著的条目(第1、10、19、22题)。②探索性因素分析表明,保留两因子模型比较合适,即保留冷酷因子和淡漠因子。③ICU总分的内部一致性信度为0.82,冷酷和淡漠因子的内部一致性信度分别为0.75和0.74。④ICU总分和因子分与情绪问题(r=0.10~0.20)、品行问题(r=0.31~0.37)、注意多动障碍症状(r=0.39~0.47)和同伴问题(r=0.13~0.17)呈显著正相关,与亲社会行为(r=-0.31~-0.53)、社会胜任总分(r=-0.40~-0.58)及其分量表(r=-0.35~-0.58)呈显著负相关。偏相关结果表明冷酷或淡漠因子在与所测量的效标变量的关系上会受到另一方的影响。结论:ICU在我国学龄前儿童群体中呈两因子结构,同时具有较好的心理测量学特性,可用于学龄前儿童冷酷无情特质的评定。

Objective: To test the psychometric properties of the parent-report version of the Inventory of Callous-Unemotional in Chinese preschool students.Methods: A total of 514 preschoolers were tested with the ICU,Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ),and Social Competence Scale (SCS).Results: ① Due to non-significant item-total correlations,four items were removed (items 1,10,19,and 22).② Exploratory factor analysis showed that two factors should be extracted without Unemotional factor compared to the original ICU.③ Internal consistencies of ICU total score,Callous and Uncaring were good,and the alpha coefficients of which were 0.82,0.75 and 0.74,respectively.④ ICU total and factor scores were significantly and positively correlated with Emotional Symptoms (r=0.10~0.20),Conduct Problems (r=0.31~0.37),Inattention-Hyperactivity (r=0.39~0.47),Peer Problems (r=0.13~0.17),and negatively correlated with Prosocial Behavior (r=-0.31~-0.53),SCS total (r=-0.40~-0.58) and sub-scale scores (r=-0.35~-0.58) at zero-order level.Partial correlations indicated that the two ICU factors are at least in part dependent of each other in their relation to the external criterion measures.Conclusion: The psychometric properties of the 2-factor ICU are acceptable in Chinese preschoolers.
