脑深部电刺激在精神障碍治疗中的应用

脑深部电刺激(deep brain stimulation,DBS)是通过立体定向的方法进行精确定位,在脑内特定的靶点植入刺激电极进行电刺激,从而达到治疗目的。与传统的立体定向手术方法相比,DBS具有微创、可调节、可逆、不良反应少、致残率低等优点。DBS目前已成为治疗运动障碍性疾病的主要方法,并已拓展到癫痫、丛集性疼痛、抑郁症、强迫症、抽动秽语综合征等神经精神障碍的治疗。本文简要概述DBS在精神疾病治疗中的现状。

Deep brain stimulation(DBS) is performed by stereotactic method for precise positioning-implanted stimulating electrodes in specific targets of the brain for electrical stimulation to achieve the therapeutic purposes. Compared with the traditional surgical methods, DBS has the advantages of minimally invasive,adjustable, reversible, fewer adverse reactions, and greatly reducing the surgical morbidity. It has become the main treatment method of the movement disorders, and expanded to epilepsy, cluster pain, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Tourette's syndrome and other neuropsychiatric diseases. This paper gave a brief review of DBS in psychiatric disorders' treatment.
