社会支持与大学生手机依赖倾向的关系:孤独的中介作用

摘要：

目的:探讨大学生社会支持、孤独感与手机依赖倾向三者之间的关系.方法:采用手机依赖指数量表(MPAI)、领悟社会支持量表(MSPSS)和UCLA孤独量表(UCLA)对湖南省长沙市某高校的328名大学生进行问卷调查.结果:大学生手机依赖总分与孤独呈现显著正相关,与领悟社会支持总分及其他支持因子呈显著负相关.大学生社会支持对孤独感的负向预测作用显著,孤独感对网络成瘾倾向的正向预测作用显著,孤独在社会支持与手机依赖之间起完全中介效应.结论:大学生社会支持对手机依赖倾向的影响是通过孤独感的完全中介作用实现的.

Objective: To explore the relationship of social support, loneliness and phone addiction tendency in college students. Methods: 328 college students completed the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale(MPAI), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS) and UCLA Loneliness Scale. Results: The phone addiction tendency was nega-tively correlated with social support, and positively correlated with loneliness. Social support had a negative effect on loneli-ness and Loneliness had a positive effect on phone addiction tendency; loneliness mediated the relationship between social support and phone addiction tendency completely. Conclusion: Loneliness mediated the effect of social support on phone addiction tendency.
