父母拒绝与初中生抑郁的关系:有调节的中介效应

摘要:

目的:考察父母拒绝行为与初中生抑郁的关系,以及学生感知到的父母拒绝在其中的中介作用和同伴关系在其中的调节作用。方法:采用父母拒绝问卷、感知到的父母拒绝问卷、同伴提名问卷及抑郁问卷,对北京市密云县2737名初中生及其父母进行调查。结果:①感知到的父母拒绝在父母拒绝与抑郁之间起着部分中介效应。②感知到的父母拒绝的中介作用受到同伴关系的调节作用,即父母拒绝对初中生抑郁的影响是有调节的中介效应。结论:加强亲子沟通,改善初中生知觉到的父母拒绝,并且促进学生良好的同伴关系,可以减少初中生的抑郁情绪。

Objective:In this study, we focus on the mechanism of how parental rejection may affect depression in adolescents. We constructed a moderated mediation model to examine whether perceived parental rejection mediated the relation between parental rejection and adolescents' depression, and whether this mediating process was moderated by peer relationships.Methods:2737 junior high school adolescents and their parents from Beijing participated in this study completed questionnaires that measure parental rejection, adolescents' perceived parental rejection, adolescents' depression and sociometric nominations.Results:①Perceived parental rejection played a mediating role in the relationship between parental rejection and adolescent's depression. ②Peer relationships moderated the mediated path through perceived parental rejection. Thus, both mediating and moderating effects existed in the association between perceived parental rejection and adolescent's depression.Conclusion:Improving the communication between parents and adolescent, lessening adolescents' perceived parental rejection and enhancing the peer relationships with classmates would be helpful for reducing adolescents' depression.
