中文版学习倦怠量表的信效度研究

目的:研究中文版学习倦怠量表的结构和信效度。方法:研究翻译MBI-SS量表和学习绩效量表,有效测量了79名大学生和191名研究生。结果:探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果交叉验证了学习倦怠的三因素模型,各量表的内部一致性信度在0.79-0.86之间,相关系数显著,并在0.30-0.56之间,项目荷载在0.48-0.90之间,具有较好的拟合指标。结论:中文版学习倦怠量表具有较好的信效度,可为相关研究所采用。

Objective: To study the factorial, reliability and structural validity of Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey. Methods: The scales, composed of MBI-SS and study performance, were used to assess 79 undergraduate stu dents and 191 graduate students. Results: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed the scale was composed of 3 factors, and α of the 3 subscales were between 0.79 and 0.86. The loadings of the items were between 0.48 and 0.90. The fit indices of the 3 factors model were all above 0.90. The correlations of the 3 factors and criterions were significant, between 0.30 and 0.56. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the 3 factors model of the scale are strongly supported, and could be adopted by related researches.
