中学生学习适应性与心理健康状况的相关研究

摘要:

Objective To explore the possble relationships between academic adaptation and mental health status in middle school students.Methods The subjects were sampled from five prefectures of Hunam Province,from which 1000 middle school students were tested by the Academic Adaptation Test(AAT),and 1500 students were tested by the Mental Health Test(MHT).Results The students with higher academic adaptation level showed significantly fewer mental symtoms,and vice versa.Conclusion Successful adaptation to school environments might play an important role for middle school students' mental health.
