慢性肝病问卷在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的试用

摘要：

Objective:To evaluate the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the CLDQ in patients of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: the CLDQ was translated into Chinese with the universal accepted method, and 102 participants of chronic hepatitis B completed CLDQ during hospitalization and 37 of them at 1- 2months post- discharge. Results:The CLDQ had acceptable reliability, validity and responsiveness. Liver function and coping style and personality were the influence factors of this quality of life. Conclusion: CLDQ was a useful tool for the measurement of quality of life for patients of chronic hepatitis B in China.
