美德形容词评定量表的编制及其信效度研究

摘要:

目的:编制美德形容词评定量表,并检验其信度与效度。方法:采用心理词汇学方法,筛选美德形容词项目,运用探索性因素分析方法确立美德的因子结构,并建立美德形容词评定量表,通过信度分析、相关分析和验证性因素分析等方法检验量表的信效度。结果:筛选出109个形容词,构成美德形容词评定量表:探索性因素分析剔除19个形容词后,剩余的90个形容词项目可以由诚善仁厚、勤谨务实、机智干练、自立自强、沉稳理性5个分量表和14个子量表构成,解释总变异的46.37%。分量表和子量表的内部一致性系数为0.75-0.95,分半信度为0.74-0.90,重测信度为0.44-0.75,自评-他评的相关为-0.13-0.42,符合理论预期:量表具有很好的结构效度,与Cawley的美德形容词调查表及16PF调查表的相关分析也证明了量表具有很好的效标效度。验证性因素分析指出三阶模型的各项参数(χ2/df=3.15,RMSEA=0.072,IFI=0.943,CFI=0.943,NNFI=0.941)均达到理想模型的要求。结论:该量表具有较好的信度与效度,但仍需要多种测量方法加以验证。

Objective:To develop the virtue adjectives rating scale and to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Methods:Adjectives describing virtues were selected through the psycholexical approach.Psychological structure of the virtues and the virtue adjectives rating scale was established by means of exploratory factor analysis;reliability analysis and correlation analysis were used to test the internal consistency reliability,split reliability,test-retest reliability,construct validity and criterion-related validity;and confirmatory factor analysis was used to compare fitness of the models.Results:109 adjectives describing virtues were selected through the psycholexical approach.By exploratory factor analysis,19 items were deleted;the 90 adjectives items left could be explained by 5 big scales and 14 subscales with a 46.37 percent contribution to the variance.All the scales' internal consistency reliability,split reliability,test-retest reliability and the correlation coefficient were 0.75-0.95,0.74-0.90,0.44-0.75,-0.13-0.42 respectively.The result showed that the scale was high in validity as convergent validity,discriminant validity and criterion-related validity;and confirmatory factor analysis validated the three class model.Conclusion:The virtue adjectives rating scale had good reliability and validity;its effectiveness need to be tested through other approaches.
