心理咨询师的成人依恋、情绪体验和共情能力的关系研究

摘要：

目的:探讨心理咨询师的成人依恋、情绪体验和共情能力的关系。方法:采用亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、情绪体验问卷(RDEES)、人际反应指针(IRI)对心理咨询师施测,共收回222份有效问卷。结果:①成人依恋、情绪体验和共情能力之间两两相关显著。②情绪体验完全中介了依恋回避与共情能力的关系,情绪体验压抑了依恋焦虑对共情能力的影响。结论:应该关注心理咨询师的成人依恋对共情能力的影响,以及情绪体验在其中所起的作用,促进其职业发展。

Objective: To investigate the relationship among adult attachment，emotional experience and empathy inpsychological counselors. Methods: A total of 222 in psychological counselors were investigated with ECR, RDEES andIRI. Results: ①adult attachment，emotional experience and empathy in psychological counselors were significantly corre-lated with each other; ②The emotional experience had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between attachmentavoidance and the empathy ability, meanwhile, the emotional experience also negatively mediated the effects of attachmentanxiety on empathy ability in psychological counselors. Conclusion: It is suggested that the adult attachment has both di-rect and indirect effects on the empathy of psychological counselors, and that the emotional experience has a mediating rolein this relationship.
