UPPS冲动行为量表在中国大学生人群中的初步修订

摘要：

目的:将UPPS冲动行为量表(UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale,UPPS)引进到中国,检验其在中国大学生样本中的信、效度。方法:754名大学生完成了本量表,其中男性397名,女性345名,性别缺失12名。平均年龄22.86±3.65岁。结果:验证性因素分析结果表明数据与原量表的4因素模型拟合良好,4因素包括:(缺少)预先考虑、急迫性、快感寻求、(缺少)毅力。UPPS冲动行为量表的信度检验达到心理测量学要求,与Barratt冲动量表(Barratt Impulsivity Scale,BIS)、米氏边缘性人格障碍检测表(McLean Screening Instrument for Borderline Personality Disorder,MSI-BPD)的关联效度检验表明UPPS各分量表的汇聚和区分效度良好,其中急迫性分量表比现有量表更适于解释边缘性人格障碍。结论:本研究在中国大学生样本中初步修订了UPPS,需要进一步在社区样本、临床样本中试用。

Objective: To revise the UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale(UPPS) and test the four-factor structure in Chinesepopulation. Methods: The psychometric properties of UPPS was tested in a sample of 754 Chinese college students(397males and 345 females, mean age 22.86±3.65 years). Results: Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the four-factor solu-tion of original UPPS scale, which consists of(lack of) Premeditation, Urgency, Sensation seeking, and(lack of) Perseverance.The UPPS has good internal consistency and concurrent validity in this sample. The correlation and regression results re-vealed that the Urgency subscale of UPPS explains the most variance of borderline personality symptoms, which was testedby McLean Screening Instrument for Borderline Personality Disorder(MSI-BPD), comprising with all subscales of UPPSand Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BIS). Conclusion: UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale is a valid measure in Chinese collegestudents. Future research should test its psychometric properties in Chinese clinical, community, and prison samples.
