摘要：

目的: 探讨三级甲等医院医务人员主观幸福感及影响因素。方法: 以幸福感指数量表为测量工具,对石家庄市内的省级和市级三甲医院的全体医务人员展开抽样调查,共回收有效问卷429份。结果: 省级三甲医院的医务人员主观幸福感指数高于市级医院;高级职称医务人员的生活满意度高于初级和中级职称;行政人员的总体情感指数显著低于非行政人员;行政人员幸福感指数显著低于医技和医生;硕士学历医务人员总体情感指数显著高于大专及以下学历者。结论: 医院级别、职称、职务和学历与三甲医院医务人员主观幸福感显著相关。

Objective: To explore the subjective well-being and the related factors of the medical personnel in Hebei province. Methods: A total of 429 medical personnel from Third Class A Hospitals in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province were tested by the Happiness Index Scale. Results: The subjective well-being of the medical personnel from provincial hospitals was higher than that of the medical personnel from municipal hospitals; The life satisfaction of the medical personnel who had the senior title was higher than those who had the primary or intermediate title; The overall affect index and the well-being index of the administrative personnel were significantly lower than other positions; The overall affect index of medical personnel with a master degree was significantly higher than those with an undergraduate degree or below. Conclusion:The hospital level, professional qualification, position and education background are related to the subjective well-being of the medical staff.
