个案概念化在系统家庭治疗中的应用

摘要：

个案概念化对心理治疗职业发展有着重要的作用。本文描述了个案概念化的诊断概念化、临床概念化、文化概念化和治疗概念化,介绍了系统家庭治疗个案概念化过程。结合-例家庭治疗案例阐述了对索引病人社交困难的系统性理解,形成家庭治疗工作假设的过程。

Case conceptualization plays an important role in professional psychotherapy.This paper reviewed the diagnostic formulation, clinical formulation, cultural formulation and treatment formulation of family therapy case conceptualization, and introduced the process of family therapy case conceptualization.Using one case, we illustrated how the systemic hypotheses in family therapy developed following the therapy process.
